Optical Comparator + Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) + Digital Microscope = VMS Series

VMS series XYZ is a 3-axis, CMM vision measuring system with a computer for high-precision measurement applications with 1 micron resolution. The system is a combination of an Optical Comparator, CMM, Digital Microscope, Measurement Software, and Computer to provide the latest software technology and best image resolution. The Tabletop series is compact and transportable for measuring small parts with high accuracy.

VMS Series can Integrate the Renishaw Touch Probe (MPC10) into the Vision Measurement System for Non-Contact and Contact Measurements.

 

Objective Lenses to Expand Zoom Magnification

Expand the zoom magnification from 7x to 2,000x with a reducer or magnifier lens adapter.
